Express Finance started life with one customer in 1998 and has grown rapidly since to become one of the market leaders in payday lending, whilst also supporting a wide portfolio of other financial products.
We are committed to responsible lending, whilst we also advocate responsible borrowing by our customers. Like all good partnerships, we believe in a two-way relationship with our customers.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act No: Z6952346 and operate a strict Confidentiality Policy. We also operate strict physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard against non-authorised access of personal information. This policy applies to all existing and previous customers.
Our Credit License No: 478122 enables us to trade under the various brands we promote, amongst others. Our core trading name, Payday Express, is a registered Trade Mark under the Trade Marks Act 1994 under No. 2414425.

Whilst we endeavour to offer a first class level of customer service, we don’t always get it right. If any customers are not satisfied with any aspect of our service we politely request for this concern to be brought to our attention in writing. We will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution within a set period of time.
